New Music

It’s been a relatively manic November as far as New Music goes – but thankfully Justify‘s on hand to curate some of the SoundCloud uploads he and we have been listening to recently.

As always, please let us know if you’re feeling (or if you’ve got something we have to hear)! And don’t forget you can shout us via Twitter or Facebook (or email the usual addresses) to submit music…

FKOF - New Music

Raynor’s Energy VIP [free]

London’s Raynor recently partnered with free SoundCloud label Sense of Bass to give this one out. Low end has some weight to it!

207’s Panic Attack [dub]

Deep, dark and dangerous. Absolutely love this one!

Red Kartel’s Uyu Tosunum Uyu [dub]

Another NM inclusion for Red Kartel – more awesome ‘world bass’ (seems like it’s catching on)! This one’s apparently another inclusion in the World Theory Project

Outjat & Nigia’s Rastafari [forthcoming]

Love the sample in this one. ‘Erb! Not sure who’s picked it up but it’s forthcoming.

Ill_K’s Psalmus [Moniker Eggplant]

It’s deep, it’s dark and it’s minimal. Out now on (the amusingly titled) Moniker Eggplant!

Dom HZ’ Without You (2014 Re-Lick) [OpenEarz]

The original version of Without You came out on EARZ003 and was available on the Ministry Of Sound compilation Adventures In Dubstep, Vol 1. The new 2014 re-lick is out now on OpenEarz’ first remix EP.

Matt Deco & Subtle Mind’s Amnesia [dub]

Wicked vibes on this collab. Can’t fault it!

Forensics & Infra’s Dystopia [dub]

Another killer collab, can’t fault the work these two producers put out!

Sqz Me’s Division remix [forthcoming]

Sqz Me’s smashed this Dub Killer remix. Screwface dub this one! Forthcoming 7″ too.

DTR’s Flight Path [dub]

Wasn’t expecting the punch from this, nice and meaty elements inside! Nice work, David!

We’ve got some honorary mentions to add to this week’s NM roundup – not too many but enough to keep you lot going. If you’ve not checked it already, we gave out an absolutely bonkers two track EP from Wulf earlier this week – can’t fault it in any way. Trusik have probably also won the ‘Best Free Download of 2014’ award with their recent surprise addition to the end of their Headhunter interview.

And, last but not least, our latest EP with Atma is out on general release. Check it, and his FKOF mix, here. We’ll be announcing FKOFd016 early next week!

Peace, love and respect.
